Changes for taxonomy annotation with GTDBtk :

Change the tool version (2.4.0) and the Database (release220)
Change the way fasta.gz files are concatenated for classify rule
Add a shell line in classify removing fasta.gz files that are empty

Add coverm calculation options in config file
